Child Care Assistance Program, CCAP
The Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) provides financial assistance to low-income families while they are working or attending school. The Louisiana Department of Education oversees the Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) to help all families access high-quality child care for their children.

Parish Seats Program
Ascension Early Childhood Ready Start Network, in partnership with Ascension Parish Government, created the Parish Seats Program to support low-income families who are working or in school with the cost of child care.
- Birth to three years old
- Only available in early learning centers
- Families can ask the center's director to inquire about a funding opportunity or contact 225-391-6735 for more information.
